具有吸波功能伪装布的制备及吸波性能研究
Study on Performance and Preparation of Camouflage Cloth with
Microwave Absorption Function
摘要 采用炭包EPS颗粒作为吸波材料填充迷彩伪装布,通过将迷彩布分格填充的方式研究颗粒分布状态对伪装布在1.7~18 GHz频段吸波性能的影响。结果表明,低频段内各试样吸波效果较差,而在X波段反射损耗可达到-8 dB,吸波性能有所提高;Ku波段反射损耗达-17~-9 dB,吸波性能大幅提高。这种差异主要是由于入射电磁波与底面反射电磁波发生干涉、增强吸波小球吸收电磁波的结果。

Abstract Camouflage cloth with microwave absorption function was prepared using
carbon package EPS particles as divided absorbing material filling,and the effect of the
particles distribution status on microwave absorption performance of the camouflage
cloth were researched from 1.7 GHz to 18 GHz. The results show that the microwave
reflection loss of each sample in low frequency is poor. In X band, the reflection loss
achieves -8 dB, which shows the microwave absorption performance is improved.
However, in Ku band, the microwave absorption performance is improved greatly and
reach -17~-9 dB. This difference attributec to the microwave interference loss between
incident electromagnetic wave,and the excellent microwave absorption performance of
the carbon package EPS particles.
