SigXplorer在星载设备信号完整性设计中的应用

摘要 通过采用CADENCE软件的SigXplorer工具,对某星载设备的LVDS信号接收器接收电路的信号完整性进行仿真,找到信号接收异常的根源,提出适宜的解决方案。改进后,设备性能稳定,达到了一次性正确解决问题的目的。通过仿真总结出的经验可以广泛应用于星载设备的信号完整性设计。

Abstract By using SigXplorer tool in CADENCE software, the signal integrity of LVDS
signals receiver circuit for a spaceborne equipment was simulated. The root cause of
abnormal reception for the receiver was found by the simulation, and the suitable
solutions were put forward. After implementation of rectification, the performance was
stability enough for the receiver. The experiences based on summarization of the
simulation could be applied to the signal integrity design of spaceborne equipments
widely.
