摘要 从适用范围、工作环境及测试项目等方面介绍了GB 4706.102与GB 4706.13在安全测试要求方面的主要差异，针对输入功率和电流、发热、泄漏电流和电气强度以及机械强度和结构测试进行了说明，并对差异的原因进行了简要分析。

Abstract The differences between safety standard GB 4706.102-2010 and GB 4706.13-2008 were mainly introduced and analyzed including scope，environmental conditions 
and test items. The test items of input power and current, temperature rise, leakage 
current, electrical strength and structure are analyzed. Some reasons about the 
differences are given moreover.
