摘要 介绍了ETSI EN 301489-34的最新版本在测量、控制和电磁兼容试验的配置、工作条件、试验要求及性能判据等方面的具体要求，以及手机充电器单独进行电磁兼容试验的方法，并对充电器的典型负载设计提出建议。

Abstract The latest version of ETSI EN 301489-34 was introduced in different aspects 
such as measurement requirements, control and test setup,operational conditions and
performance criterions. The EMC test method for external power supply for mobile 
phone was also introduced, and the proposal on the design of representative generic
test load was given.
