(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9软磁合金器件的损耗研究
Investigation on Core Losses of (Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 Soft Magnetic Alloy Device
摘要 采用单辊熔体急冷法制备(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9的非晶合金。使用列格公式对 (Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶、纳米晶合金环形器件的涡流损耗、磁滞损耗及剩余损耗进行分析,并与同时施加不同直流偏压场的各种损耗比较。淬态条件下(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金环形器件的损耗主要表现为磁滞损耗,而涡流损耗很低。经过退火后,由于纳米晶合金软磁性能大幅度提高,器件的磁滞损耗及剩余损耗降低。直流偏压场对于三种损耗有显著影响。

Abstract Amorphous (Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy ribbon were prepared by
the single roller melt spinning technique. Three types of losses of amorphous and
nanocrystalline (Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy have been analyzed through
Legg formula. In as-quenched state, the hysteresis loss is dominant, while the eddy
current loss is very low. Because of the markedly improved soft magnetic properties
after annealing treatment, the hysteresis loss and the excess loss of the
nanocrystalline alloy decreased greatly. The considerable influence of AC bias field on
losses has also been observed.
