电动车的电磁屏蔽仿真验证
EM Simulation Verification on the Shielding of Electric Truck
摘要 以某电动卡车的电磁场辐射发射(9 kHz~30 MHz)严重超标为例,从主要辐射源的位置特点出发,在理论上分析了切断辐射源与被测天线间直视路径可带来的电磁辐射性能改善,借助电磁仿真软件建立了简化的测试环境模型,并设计和评估了整改方案及其效果。仿真结果显示,整改后,卡车的电场辐射发射降低至7 dB,磁场辐射发射降低至22 dB。

Abstract An over-limit problem of electric field and magnetic field radiation (9 kHz~ 30
MHz) of some electric truck is described. In order to solve the problem, theoretical
improvement by cutting the line-of-sight electromagnetic radiation signal path is
analyzed. A simplified electromagnetic model is constructed to evaluate the
effectiveness of this method. The simulation results show a very good improvement.
After correction, the electric field radiation emission is lowered by about 7 dB, and the
magnetic field radiation emission is lowered by about 22 dB.
