Analysis of the Residnal Voltage Measurement from the
International Proficiency Testing
摘要 根据剩余电压的形成和国家标准规定的测试要求，介绍了剩余电压的特点和检测方法，由国际能力验证的结果，讨论了影响检测结果的因素，并使用输入阻抗不同的示波器探头进行对比试验，深入分析了示波器探头输入阻抗对剩余电压测量的影响。

Abstract According to the formation process of residual voltage and the measurement
requirements of national standard， the characteristics and the methods for measuring
the residual voltage are introduced.Through the analysis of the international proficiency
testing results, the factors that influence the results of measurement are discussed
with analyzing the effect of oscilloprobe input impedance on the residual voltage
measurement by making a comparison test with the oscilloprobe of different input
impedance.
