不同形态聚吡硌的制备及其吸波性能研究
Preparation of Polypyrrole with Different Forms and Research on
Their Microwave Absorbing Properties
摘要 采用乳液聚合法和蒙脱土(MMT)原位聚合法分别制备了球粒状和片状的聚吡咯(PPy),并用十二烷基苯磺酸钠对其进行了掺杂。研究了掺杂率、MMT 含量等对PPy 产物电磁性能的影响,对比了由这两种PPy 作为吸波剂的复合材料的吸波性能。结果发现在相同PPy 含量下,片状PPy 的吸波性能更佳。

Abstract Spherulitic polypyrrole and flaky polypyrrole were synthesized through
emulsion and montmorillonite (MMT) in-situ polymerizations, respectively. Both
polypyrrole samples were also doped with the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The
influence of doping degree, MMT contents on the electromagnetic properties of
polypyrrole were investigated,and the microwave absorbing abilities of the composites
with spherulitic or flaky polypyrrole as microwave absorbent were also compared.It has
been found that the flaky one showed the better absorbing under the same absorbent
content.
