机箱通风孔屏蔽效能仿真及优化

摘要 利用电磁兼容仿真软件,对开有不同形式通风孔的机箱模型,进行了屏蔽效能仿真分析。研究了开孔面积一定时,不同形状、不同数量、不同壁厚、不同孔间距对机箱屏蔽效能的影响,并对通风孔的电磁兼容性设计提出了改进建议。仿真结果表明,优化后的电脑机箱的散热能力基本不变,而屏蔽效能有了较大改善。

Abstract This paper presents the research on shielding effectiveness(SE)simulation
of a chassis with different forms of apertures by electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
simulation software. The study is focused on the estimation of the chassis' shielding
effectiveness depending on the apertures with different shape, different number,
different thickness and different hole-to-hole separation distance.Then the suggestions
for improvement the EMC design of ventilation holes are put forward. The simulation
results show that the heat dissipation of the optimized chassis is basically unchanged,
while the shielding effectiveness of the chassis has been greatly improved.
