通信车电磁兼容问题整改案例
Analysis and Correction Methods for the Electromagnetic
Compatibility Problem in the Communication Vehicle
摘要 根据场线耦合理论,提出了比较距离概念。结合某型通信车电磁干扰的具体问题进行分析讨论,找出了其产生电磁干扰的原因是由于车载交换机本身内部PCB 板设计不符合比较距离规定,提出了在车内交换机内部PCB 上加装共模滤波器、改进车内电源滤波器盒的布局和接线等整改措施。整改后,通信车内设备满足电磁兼容测试的各项要求,设备间干扰减小到最低程度,整车测试也达标。

Abstract The concept of compared instance was proposed according to the coupling
mechanism between transmission line and field. Combined with the practical EMI
problem in a certain type of communication vehicles, the reason was analyzed that
the EMI came from the PCB of on-vehicle communication switcher itself which does
not conform to the rule of compared instance. The Correction and promotion way was
proposed, such as adding a choke filter on the PCB, promoting the layout and links in
power line EMI filtering box, etc. After adopting those correction methods, the
equipments met the requirements of EMC standards according its measurement items,
because the EMI among equipments in vehicle reduced farthest, and the whole vehicle
passed the test according to the standards.
