固相法制备锰锌铁氧体及其吸波性能研究
Preparation of Mn-Zn Ferrite by Solid Phase Method and Research
of Its Absorbing Properties
摘要 采用固相法制备Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 锰锌铁氧体,通过XRD、SEM 和网络分析仪研究样品的物相组成、微观形貌与电磁特性。结果表明:在 1 150 ℃下煅烧5 h 后可以制得纯相的锰锌铁氧体,颗粒分布均匀,大小约为250 nm,并且,Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 铁氧体在11~15 GHz 频率范围内反射损耗RL 小于-5 dB,在13.8 GHz 处反射损耗达到了-12 dB,表现出良好的吸波性能。

Abstract Mn-Zn ferrite Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 was prepared by the solid-phase method.The
phase composition,micro-morphology and electromagnetic properties were studied by
the XRD, SEM and network analyzer, respectively. The results showed that the pure Mn-
Zn ferrite could be obtained after calcining at 1 150 ℃ for 5 h.The as-prepared particle
performed a uniform particle size of about 250 nm. In addition, the reflection loss(RL)
was less than -5 dB in the frequency range of 11~15 GHz, and the RL was reached to -
12 dB in the frequency of 13.8 GHz, the as-prepared Mn-Zn ferrite exhibited excellent
microwave absorption properties.
