摘  要  在电动工具认证测试及产品质量监督检验过程中，发热试验是一项比较复杂，而且人为因素对试验结果影响比较大的试验，文章结合工作实践经验，将GB3883.1-1991《手持式电动工具的安全  第一部分：一般要求》中发热试验的有关内容进行归类，分析了电动工具的发热试验要求及引起电动工具发热的主要原因，总结出影响试验结果的主要因素及发热试验中的注意事项，有利于测试人员更好地理解和执行标准。

Abstract  Heating test is a complicated test and a test that which is influenced by
subjective factors in the process of certificating and supervising test of motor-operated
electric tools.This text classifies the concerned contents of heating test of GB3883.1-
1991《 Safety of hand-held motor-operated electric tools--Part 1: General
requirements》analyzes the request of heating test of the motor-operated electric tools
and the main reasons that cause motor-operated electric tools to heating, and sums
up the main factors that influence test result and notices in heating test.. helps conner
to understand and perform standard.
