摘要 说明了IEC 61010.1-2010 相对于之前版本在标准范围、术语和定义上的变化。针对主要技术内容如防电击要求、防机械危险、耐机械应力等的修订，分析了修订的原因以及对测试的影响，为即将完成报批的新版GB 4793.1 提供参考。

Abstract In this article, a contrast and explanation is given on the major difference 
between the new version of IEC 61010.1-2010 and old version, including the scope of 
standard, terms and definitions. Moreover,  requirements for protection against electric 
shock, protection against mechanical hazards, resistance to mechanical stresses are 
analyzed detailed for revision reason and effect to tests.
