摘要 通过对美国无线通信和互联网协会CTIA 的OTA 测试规范3.2.2 版本进行解析，比对之前认证使用的3.1 版本的区别进行重点解析，并深入分析新增加的LTE 各项测试要求。对CTIA 的授权认证过程，详细分析了新版本的CTIA 认证程序文件AVRD 的各个章节审核的重点要点，为CTIA 授权实验室的认证提供了指导，有助于实验室技术能力的提升。

Abstract This paper analyzed the CTIA OTA Test Plan Revision 3.2.2, compared the 
difference between the Revision 3.2.2 and Revision 3.1, and made an in-depth analysis 
of the added LTE testing requirements. Then a thorough analysis of Laboratory 
Assessment and Validation Requirements Document (AVRD) for CTIA certification 
process was made, the focus points of each chapter in the AVRD were noted as well, 
which can guide the laboratories for becoming the CTIA authorized testing laboratory,
and help the laboratories improve their technical capacity.
