摘要 介绍了国外电磁脉冲试验室对计算机和计算机网络的电磁脉冲敏感度试验，通过比对不同的试验结果，从源的特性、计算机性能到频率与电磁脉冲影响的关系等多个方面，阐述了计算机设备及网络的电磁脉冲敏感特性，并讨论了计算机敏感特性对计算机系统的防护以及电磁脉冲试验的意义。

Abstract The test results on EMP susceptibility of computers and computer networks 
from the laboratories abroad were researched, Through comparing of different test 
results, the susceptibility of computers under HPEM threat was analyzed from the 
characteristics of the radiation source, the computer performance, and the relations 
between frequency and the influence of electromagnetic pulse. The significance of 
computer sensitive to HPEM was discussed about the protection of computer system 
and electromagnetic pulse test.
