柔性频率选择表面的制备和传输特性

摘要 介绍了丝网印刷、激光加工等传统方法制备的柔性频率选择表面的传输性能、优缺点,并与利用电脑刺绣工艺制备的频率选择表面进行了比较。结果表明,电脑刺绣工艺制备的频率选择表面重量轻、灵活性好、易实现批量生产,在频率为15.4 GHz 时,透射系数达到了-20 dB。使用电脑刺绣工艺制备的频率选择表面可以作为柔性滤波材料,有很好的应用前景。

Abstract Transmission performance and merits and demerits of flexible frequency selective
surface, produced by traditional method of screen printing and laser processing, are
introduced. And compared with computer embroidering technology, as a result, the
frequency selective surface prepared by computer embroidering technology possesses light
weight, good flexibility, easy mass production and the tested transmission coefficient
reached -20 dB in the frequency of 15.4 GHz. Using computer embroidery technology
prepare frequency selective surfaces that can be used as a flexible filter material, and
has good application prospect.
