Analysis and Solution of Electromagnetic Interference on a Servo
System
摘要 针对某伺服系统控制驱动器160 V 电源上电后干扰作动器工作的具体问题进行理论分析和实验验证,查找干扰源和干扰路径,并通过给控制驱动器添加导电密封条,减小干扰源对外辐射的方法,实现了伺服系统正常工作。

Abstract The problem of a servo system controlled equpments working abnormally after
the 160 V power supply of servo control actuators powering on is analyzed and verified
based on theories and experiments. After finding out the disturbance source and
peopagation paths,the problem is solved by adding conductive sealing strips to the control
actuators. By this method, the radiation amount from the disturbance source is decreased
and the servo system works properly.
