铝纤维填充工程塑料的制备与屏蔽性能研究

Shielding Effectiveness
摘要 研究铝纤维(AIF)填充型工程塑料(AIF/PC)的制备和屏蔽效能(SE)的影响因素。铝纤维(AIF)轻质、纤维长径比大、接触面积大、搭接与分散好,易形成三维导电网络结构,可获得高的导电性能和电磁屏蔽性能。在30~1 500 MHz 范围测试,当铝纤维(AIF)添加量为10 wt% 时,屏蔽效能(SE)为28~34 dB;当铝纤维(AIF)添加量为30 wt% 和40 wt% 时,SE 分别为36~42 dB 和43~57 dB。

Abstract The influence factors of aluminum fiber(AIF) for the shielding effectiveness (SE)
of engineering plastics (AIF/PC) are researched. There are several advantages for AIF,
such as light, high length-diameter ratio and large contact area, to reach good bonding
and dispersion properties. The shielding effectiveness (SE) of the conductive engineering
plastics is given for the different proportions of AIF. While the proportions of AIF fiber are 10 wt%, 30 wt% and 40 wt% in the engineering plastics (AIF/PC), the SE could reach 28~34 dB, 36~42 dB and 43~57 dB from 30 MHz to 1 GHz, respectively.
