光伏逆变器的传导发射超标整改
Rectification on Photovoltaic Inverter Conducted Emission
摘要 某型号的太阳能光伏逆变器整机依据国内金太阳认证的电磁兼容标准GB 7260.2-2009测试时,交流输出口电源线上的传导发射超标,通过分析测试结果曲线、逆变器工作原理、传导发射特性,制定了在逆变器的直流输入口和交流输出口加滤波电容和电源线上绕磁环等方案。整改后,光伏逆变器的传导发射测试结果符合GB 7260.2-2009的要求。

Abstract For a certain type of solar photovoltaic inverter machine,on the basis of domestic
EMC standard GB7260.2-2009 test for CGC-SOLAR certification,the test item of alternating
current output power line conducted emission is failure. By analyzing the test results and
the work principle of inverter, the conducted emission characteristics are concluded. The
filtering capacitors and ferrite cores are installed in the input/output ports and power line
accordingly. After rectification, the conducted emission test results of photovoltaic inverter
could meet the requirements of GB 7260.2-2009.
