摘要 以智能手表为例，对穿戴式设备在CE和FCC认证中的辐射暴露法规进行了解读，阐述了CE及FCC对于SAR豁免判定方法的不同，并针对智能手表SAR测试的注意事项及要求进行了分析。

Abstract The smart watch is used as an example to introduce the RF exposure 
compliance regulations in CE and FCC certifications. SAR exemption thresholds in CE 
and FCC certifications are expounded. At last, the caveat of SAR test on smart watch 
are analyzed.
