Abstract From the point of defects in EMC design (including grounding, shielding and 
filtering), some EMC problems such as motor stalling of electric vacuum pump and 
conducted emission of on-board charger are analyzed. By adding ground wire or filter and 
other measures, these EMC problems are solved.
