Vehicle
摘要 基于一款电动汽车用DC/DC变换器在30~200 MHz频段垂直极化方向的辐射发射测试超标问题,分析了其电路结构在抑制辐射发射设计方面可能存在的不足,采用增加滤波器、滤波电容以及减小回路面积等整改措施,并通过对比试验验证了整改的有效性,提出了该DC/DC变换器EMC后期优化设计的重点。

Abstract The problem of exceeding the standard in 30~200 MHz band vertical polarization
direction radiation emission of an electric vehicle DC / DC converter was studied. The
probable circuit structure was analyzed in the suppression of radiated emission may exist
in the design, through the corrective measures of installing the extra filter, filter capacitor
and of reducing loop area for suppressing the radiated emission. According to the
comparative tests, the effectiveness of corrective measures was verified . Finally, the key
point of the optimization design of the DC/DC converter EMC was presented.
