电动汽车BMS抗干扰性能的改进

on Electric Vehicle
摘要 分析了BMS电磁干扰耦合机理,指出BMS各部分电路的电磁干扰敏感源,有针对性地给出了抑制电磁干扰的改进方法,从系统设计的角度给出PCB设计、外壳设计及整车布线安装中提高系统EMC性能采取的措施,并通过EMC对比实验说明了整改方法对系统抗电磁干扰性能的改进。

Abstract The electromagnetic interference coupling mechanism of BMS is analyzed. The
electromagnetic interference source to which each part of the BMS system circuit is
sensitive is pointed out. The method which can improve electromagnetic interference is
given. Based on the system EMC performance, the measures of PCB design, design of
enclosure, and the wiring installation are put forward. The improvement is verified through
EMC comparison experiments.
