摘要 介绍了SONCAP认证的管制产品范围，对SONCAP认证流程、需提交的资料进行说明。对认证的关键步骤——产品认证证书的申请方式进行了分析，最后指出认证过程中的注意事项，以提高效率，节约成本。

Abstract Product range of SONCAP certification is introduced. Process and documents need
to be submitted of SONCAP certification are illustrated. Application methods of key step—
product certification diploma are analyzed also. At last，matters need attention are 
indicated for higher efficiency and lower price.
