摘要 采用镀银聚酯纤维为原料，研究添加量分别为20wt%，25wt%，30wt%，35wt%，40wt%，45wt%的导电橡胶的导电性能与力学性能。结果表明：镀银纤维在45wt%的添加量下，导电橡胶的电阻率能够达到1.54×10-3 ΩM；在固定压缩量下，导电橡胶的电阻值会随着时间的延长而有所下降，而压缩应力会表现出明显的应力松弛现象。

Abstract The electrical and mechanical properties of the conductive rubber were studied by
adding 20wt%, 25wt%, 30wt%, 35wt%, 40wt% and 45wt% of silver plated polyester 
fiber. The results show that the electrical conductivity of conductive rubbercan achieved 
1.54×10-3 ΩM in the amount of 45wt% of silver plated fiber addition.The resistance of the
conductive rubber decreased,under fixed compressive load, with the passage of time and 
compression stress occurs obviously stress relaxation phenomenon.
