镀银聚酯纤维导电橡胶的性能研究

Polyester Fiber
摘要 采用镀银聚酯纤维为原料,研究添加量分别为20wt%,25wt%,30wt%,35wt%,40wt%,45wt%的导电橡胶的导电性能与力学性能。结果表明:镀银纤维在45wt%的添加量下,导电橡胶的电阻率能够达到1.54×10-3 ΩM;在固定压缩量下,导电橡胶的电阻值会随着时间的延长而有所下降,而压缩应力会表现出明显的应力松弛现象。

Abstract The electrical and mechanical properties of the conductive rubber were studied by
adding 20wt%, 25wt%, 30wt%, 35wt%, 40wt% and 45wt% of silver plated polyester
fiber. The results show that the electrical conductivity of conductive rubbercan achieved
1.54×10-3 ΩM in the amount of 45wt% of silver plated fiber addition.The resistance of the
conductive rubber decreased,under fixed compressive load, with the passage of time and
compression stress occurs obviously stress relaxation phenomenon.
