CFRP材料电磁屏蔽效能研究
Research on Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness for CFRP
摘要 通过窗口法对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)进行屏蔽效能试验,研究了铺层厚度、铺设方向及导电性等因素对碳纤维复合材料屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,铺层铺设方向对屏蔽效能的影响最大,单一方向铺设板件对不同方向极化波的屏蔽效能相差很大。这些为碳纤维复合材料的进一步设计和应用提供了依据。

Abstract By virtue of the window method, the shielding effectiveness for a new type of
carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) is studied under the conditions of the different
laminate thicknesses, the laying directions, and the conductivities. The results show that
the laying direction plays the maximum effect on the shielding effectiveness, and a single
direction makes the shielding effectiveness vary greatly from the polarized waves in
different directions. It provides a basis for further design and application of carbon fiber
composite material.
