摘要 介绍了18 GHz材料屏蔽效能同轴测试装置的设计，通过选用不同的介质支撑子优化同轴测试装置的性能，所设计制作的宽频带同轴法屏蔽效能同轴测试装置能够在30 MHz~18 GHz频带内对平板型屏蔽材料进行屏蔽效能测试，并通过实际测试验证了同轴测试装置的可重复性。

Abstract The development of a coaxial fixture up to 18 GHz for shielding effectiveness 
measurement is presented.The performance of the fixture is optimized through the design
of the insulation support structure. The fixture can be used for the measurement of the
shielding effectiveness of planar materials from 30 MHz up to 18 GHz. The repeatability of 
measurement results is also verified.
