基于高效场强发生器的辐射抗扰度测试新概念

Generators
摘要 介绍了一种新颖、高效率、低成本的场强放射器,它一体化地集成了天线和功率放大器,克服了传统的电磁兼容辐射抗扰难点。尽管场强发生器的概念对场强和频率范围没有特别限定,但为了与IEC 61000-4-3中1~6 GHz的三米法测试要求对比,对这种方法产生的10 V/m的系统指标进行了验证,并讨论了方案的优点和系统实现的挑战,同时也给出了仿真和测试结果。

Abstract To improve efficiencies and reduce costs in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
testing, a new instrument, termed a field generator, is developed which merges antennas
and amplifiers to overcome difficulties in the traditional EMC radiated immunity (RI) setup
Although this concept is not limited to a certain field strength or frequency range, this
concept is validated in the 1~6 GHz frequency range to generate 10 V/m E-field at a 3 m
distance to meet the requirements specified in IEC 61000-4-3. The advantages of this
concept and a few design challenges in implementation will be discussed. Simulation and
measurement results will be presented.
