电磁脉冲对微控制器干扰特性的实验研究
Experimental Studies on interference characteristics of Microcontroller under EMP
摘要 实验研究了双指数电磁脉冲场对数字式微控制器形成干扰的特点,通过比较两种有不同波形参数的电磁脉冲在形成临界干扰时的异同,分析了不同的波形参数对干扰阈值的影响,进一步明确了电磁脉冲对微控制设备干扰的形成并不只是由干扰场的幅度指标决定,并通过多次实验确定了脉冲上升沿的陡度对干扰阈值的决定作用。

Abstract The interference characteristics of double exponential EMP on DDC device of
the switch cabinet are studied. EMP field with two typical waveforms were compared to
observe the change of interference threshold under different EMP waveforms. It is
shown that the forming of interference relates with both the peak value and the rising
time of the EMP.
