摘要  浪涌抗扰度试验是许多重要的抗扰度试验标准中的一种。但在标准的执行中也出现了试验结果的不一致性，究其原因，有发生器的问题，也有耦合/去耦网络和试验方法的问题。文章介绍了国际浪涌抗扰度试验标准在这些方面的最新进展。

Abstract  Surge immunity test standard is one of the most important immunity test 
standards. But some insufficiency has been found during performing this standard. The 
surge generator is part of the causes of the insufficient points, and the test set-up 
and test methods are the others. In this paper, I want to tell you the new progress of 
international surge immunity test standard .
