Distinguish and analyze spurious and distortion signal
摘要   在射频和微波测试中，特别是杂散信号频谱测量过程中，由于测试系统及频谱仪自身原因，可能产生伪信号，即频谱仪读出不属于被测设备发出的信号。本文主要阐述此类信号产生原因及判别方法。

Abstract    During RF and microwave measurement, especially spurious signal spectrum
test, some spurious signal maybe caused  by the spectrum analyzer itself, and
displayed on the screen. This article expatiates the distinguish method about this kind
of signal.
