摘要 文章通过讨论人体静电放电和绝缘电阻测试系统的电路模型,分析了人体静电的充放电过程对周围纳安、皮安级电流测试影响的原理,探讨绝缘电阻微电流测试中示值不稳定的原因,介绍几种在绝缘电阻和微电流测量中减少静电场干扰的实用方法。

Abstract This paper analyze the test principium of insulation resistance test instrument.
Discusses the modeling of the test system, show the influence of electrostatic discharge
on micro-ampere & pico-ampere test, and how the insulation resistance test error
caused. Afterward we discusses several solution methods used in instrument
manufacture and test.
