摘要  文章介绍了第三届国际电磁兼容学术会议提供的抗扰度测量；程控的电压暂降、短时中断发生器；微波炉电磁辐射测量以及时域反射技术用于测量材料的介电常数与电导率。

Abstract The 3rd international symposium on EMC provided information about EMC 
measurement and laboratory. It will be introduced in this paper. It includes laboratory 
management; FM EMC photonic sensor; RF EMS test; EM radiation of microwave ovens;
measurement of electric properties of material by TDR.
