摘要 文章分析了一种新型充电器产生电磁干扰的原因，并结合充电器研制过程中出现的实际问题提出了解决措施，实践表明这些措施很好地解决了充电器的电磁干扰问题。

Abstract This paper analyzed the reason for the emergence of EMI in a new type 
charger, provided the resolving method to actual problem in research of charger. It has
been testified that the method had good effect in resolving EMI of charger.
