Popularizing Evaluation of Uncertainty on Electric Appliance Safety Inspection
摘要 文章一推广电器安全测量不确定度评定为目的，用一个有代表性的实例介绍常用评定方法及注意事项，对国际流行的表格俄方法也作了相应介绍。文章的实例有助于ISO/IEC17025体系实验室广泛做好不确定度评定，使不确定度评定由难化易，具有较强的适用意义。

Abstract This paper introduces the general method and annotation of uncertainty 
evaluation by a representative example for the purpose of popularizing the uncertainty 
evaluation on electric appliance safety testing. It also introduces the method of form 
popular in the international for uncertainty evaluation. The demonstration of the 
example is helpful for uncertainty evaluation widely in ISO/IEC17025 system laboratory
It will make the uncertainty evaluation very easy and very applicable.
