National Standards and the Safety Certification for the Power Transformer Products 
摘要  为配合强制性国家标准GB19212.1-2003《电力变压器、电源装置和类似产品的安全 第1部分：通用要求和试验》及GB19212其他部分的相关特殊要求的陆续发布，文章就该系列国家标准的主要内容及其和现行变压器产品的国家标准的关系作一简要介绍，并对标准发布后涉及变压器产品安全认证的有关问题进行探讨

Abstract  In order to support the successive publishing of the compulsory national 
standards GB19212.1-2003(Safety of power transformers ,power supply units and 
similar-Part 1:General requirements and tests ) and the relevant particular 
requirements of GB19212,this paper makes a introduction of the national standards in
force .At last it makes a discussion on the safety certification for the power transformer
products.
