摘要 应用AT89C2051及MAX7219为核心设计及实现一频率数据采集器，通过软件编程一实现基于不同测量原理的频率测量，并对频率数据采集器中界频率附近的频率测量数据进行误差分析。

Abstract By utilizing the MCS-51 Single-Chip computer, design a system which 
composed of AT89C2051 and MAX7219 to measure the frequency. And analyze the 
errors after compiling the program.
