Introduction to New Publications Plan of IEC TC81
摘要  本文介绍了IEC TC 81委员会于2000年9月在Lisbon（葡萄牙首都里斯本）召开的会议上提出的雷电防护系列标准体系的新规划情况，主要包括新规划提出的背景、具体内容基于现有雷电防护标准之间的相互关系，以及对应的工作组和预计发布时间。介绍了作者所在工作组新标准制定的一些进展情况。

Abstract  New publications’ plan of IEC TC-81 proposed during the Lisbon(Capital of 
Portugal) meeting(2000-09) based on document 81/148/INF is introduced in this paper,
which mainly include the proposal background of the plan, the detailed contents, the 
relationship between the existed and new standards, and the corresponding working 
groups and their schedule. Finally, the authors introduced the program of getting along
with some new standard.
