摘要  本文通过对电子、电气设备安全标准的理解和耐压试验的工作实践，对试验中存在的判定电流设定、升压速度控制、耐压试验结果判定和设备性能要求等问题进行了探讨。

Abstract  Based on the understanding to the safety standards of electronic and 
electrical equipment and on the practice, this paper discussed the issues on setting the
