摘要 确定电子设备的风道特性是电子设备热设计的一个重要内容。只有得到电子设备的风道特性才能选择合适的风机,并最终决定热设计和结构设计方案。本文所述方法是利用CFD数值仿真技术,在样机生成前获取电子设备风道特性,避免了设计反复,缩短了设计周期,给出了实例和具体实施步骤。

Abstract Obtaining the characteristic device curve of the equipment is important in the
thermal design of electronic equipment. Only after that, the fun can be closen properly,
and the thermal design scheme and mechanical design scheme can be fixed finally. In
this paper, a method is presented. By making use of the CFD(Computational Fluid
Dynamics) numerical simulation technology, the characteristic device curve can be
acquired before the prototype. This method avoids design reiteration and reduces
design cycle. An instance and the process are also presented.
