室外型基站方舱瞬态温升仿真及加热器的选择

and the Heater Choice
摘要 电子设备在低温下工作有温升要求,需要配备加热器。用电子热设计仿真软件对某型号室外型基站方舱进行了整机建模和瞬态低温温升数值仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析,确定了加热器功率,优化了加热过程中方舱内机柜的摆放位置和状态,提出一种较为灵活的升温策略,加快了温升速度。

Abstract When working at a low temperature circumstance, the electronic equipment
needs aheater,the heater must meet the temperature rising demand in the equipment
With an electronic cooling simulation tool, a base station outdoor shelter is modeled,
and the transient low temperature rising process is simulated.Based on the analysis to
the simulation result, the power of the heater is determined, the position and condition
of the cabinet in the shelter during heating is optimized, and a flexible heating method
is presented in order to increase the temperature faster.
