摘要  依据IEC基础安全标准和出版物，概述了用于电子设备与电击防护有关的基础安全标准的主要内容，并把各个独立发布出版的标准中的内容有机地联系组合起来，形成一个较为系统和完整的电击防护理论体系。

Abstract  Based on the basic safety standards and the publications, summarizes the
main idea of each standard which is used by electronic equipments and related to 
protection against electrical shock, where the main idea of every independently 
published standard is  combined to each other, and it is formed into a relatively 
integrated system in theory with regard to protection against electrical shock. It can be
used as a reference to the designer, the user and the tester who have interests in
protection against electrical shock of the electronic equipments.
