摘要  详细地说明了北京奥运场馆变电站电磁辐射（40Hz～26GHz）环境自动监测系统的建立。简要介绍其硬件部分的频谱测量系统组成和已有的环境自动监测系统，并重点阐述其软件控制部分。软件部分根据所使用的仪器的功能特性，用VB界面控制各器件间的通信，进行自动采集测试，从而达到自动监测环境的目的。

Abstract   This report presented the monitoring system of electromagnetic radiation（40Hz～26GHz）in Beijing Olympics Gymnasium. It simply introduced instruments which 
included spectrum measurement and the existing monitoring system ,and emphatically 
illuminated manipulative software. Based on instrumental characteristic , the software
controlled the monitoring system  with VB.
