摘要  从分析传导测试原理入手，建立了针对差模干扰信号的一阶滤波器的电路等效模型；并进行理论分析计算和数学公式推导，得到一阶滤波器的理论设计方法和规范步骤。

Abstract  By the way of analyzing the transmit test principle, the model of the first-
order filter in allusion to DM interface signal are established; at last, the ways 
and steps to design the first-order filter are chalked up by series of academic analysis 
and mathematical calculations.
