计算器抗静电能力的评估
Evaluating Anti-electro Static Ability of Calculator
摘要 静电可以使计算器的存储器单元内容改变或丢失,严重的使计算器的集成电路损坏,无法正常工作。通过分析静电产生的原因,用间接放电、接触放电两种方法,评估计算器的抗静电能力,找出防静电的薄弱环节,帮助设计人员有针对性的改善产品,缩短研发周期。

Abstract ESD (Electro-static discharge) can make calculator’s memory lost or changed
It can badly destroy IC(Integrated circuit) of calculator. After we analysed the cause
of ESD generating. We evaluate anti-electro static ability of calculator by direct and
indirect discharge. We can find the weakness of calculator. It help the engineer to
improve the product and reduce the time of design.
