Abstract:
This paper is based on the final draft of GB9254-200X.This draft is identical to
CISPR 22:2006 Ed.5.2.GB9254-200X is the revision version of GB9254-1998.This paper
describes the changes of the standard,lists as much as possible the new content
(except for parts of editorial changes)and the difference between the new and old 
standards of GB9254.It also explains some issues found in the preparation process;
and the editorial errors or inappropriate content of CISPR 22:2006 Ed.5.2.
