Abstract: This paper presents compiles some information about EMC standards. In 
particular, the paper concentrates on EMC standards dedicated to testing automotive 
components. The paper presents an introduction of the primary automotive component 
standards. Based on this introduction, the CISPR 25 and the ISO 11452-2 automotive
EMC standards are analysed since they are the basis for most other standards. The 
anechoic chamber requirements are studied in detail.
