Abstract:
Purpose of weighting along with the evaluation of the weighting characteristic and 
resulting  definition of the weighting function for the new RMS-average detector are 
introduced.Measurement results achieved by using the existing quasi-peak and 
average detectors and the new RMS-average detector are compared.Based on these 
results a proposal for the definition of emission limits for the new RMS-average 
detector is made.
