Electromagnetic Compatibility Design of Broadband Power Amplifiers Based on System Method
In view of the problem that there is no unified method for the electromagnetic compatibility design of power amplifier, the process and method of electromagnetic compatibility design of broadband power amplifier are proposed based on the system method. The internal interference factors are analyzed. Aiming at the key problems such as cavity resonance, external shielding and internal layout, the design process and precautions are given from five steps of EMC overall, which are scheme design, detailed scheme design, schematic design, circuit design and prototype testing. And this process is illustrated by designing a 20~1 000 MHz, 100 W broadband power amplifier as an example, which is of practical significance for systematically improving the electromagnetic compatibility design level of broadband power amplifier.
